Lancaster-Archive Forum
Hello and welcome to the Lancaster-Archive discussion group.
This group is free to join for anyone who has an interest in Avro Lancaster's, Mancasters or Lancastrain aircraft. Not to mention the air and ground crews who flew and serviced them as well as the squadron's of Bomber Command who operated them.
I encourage everyone to post as often as they can, as there are a lot of great people here who have a lot of information to share.
I am more than happy to perform searches my extensive Lancaster databases which cover the service histories of over 11,000 airframe serial numbers. Anyone who wishes a search to be made for particular aircraft or for crew mebers that were killed or made POW during a bombing or training sortie please post here or conact me through the lancaster-archive.com web site. My records are hit and miss for aircrew names that survived the war, but I will check.
